Devpressed – A forum launched by Table XI for the technical community to discuss mental illness.

If you think you might be struggling with depression or anxiety, the best thing you can do is talk to someone about it.
Finding a professional can be a pain in the ass. They prefer phone over email, and it’s hard to set an appointment online. Stick with it. Setting your first appointment is the hardest part.
If possible, set up appointments with two or three providers, then stick with the one with whom you feel most emotionally comfortable. Here are three directories of mental health professionals:
- Health grades – The Yelp of professional help. Unfortunately, sparsely populated.
- Psychology Today
- Good Therapy
